How to record video from the MSN Messenger Webcam

By admin | In 22/01/2008 | Filed in MSN Messenger, Software, Tutorials

Today it is very common conversations with audio and video at MSN.

To record the video from your contact's MSN, download and install MSN Webcam Recorder.

Just install this program and open it when the conversation of MSN Video's started.

It will capture video from MSN automatically, and when the video finishes, you should stop the capture by clicking on the video that is being recorded.

You will also notice that recorded the video you are sending.

Your contact does not know how you're capturing the video, unless you count.

The video recorded MSN can be seen from the screen MSN Webcam Recorder or exported to various formats, using the program itself.

The formats dispníveis to be exported will depend on codecs installed on your computer. Not all will work. I suggest using the export to the Xvid format, which keeps a reasonable size and not lose quality.

Still, the video can be processed and dropped further with other video-editing software without loss of quality because the number of frames per second is low.

Ready. You already have everything you need to record a video from the webcam through MSN. If you record a nice video, please send me! :)

You can use the form at the bottom of this site to share the files with everyone!

Driver for Pixel View TV cards

By admin | In 22/01/2008 | Filed under Drivers, Hardware, Maintenance, Software

Installing a TV card in Windows XP or Vista is not always easy. If the card is the newest TV, can even be simpler. But if you use the cards Pixel View TV's that use the chip Bt878, you can pick up quite get the correct driver.

Glad you to solve your problem, you can download here at Digital guess the driver of Pixel View TV card, which works in various types of cards. You do not have as much bureaucracy as the fall of sites specializing in drivers, who do not always have the desired solution.

First, you must unpack the driver in any one directory.

Then, when Windows ask the drivers to detect the devices in placad for TV (which are many) indicates the directory where the files unpacked the driver.

If this does not work, try installing the executables that are also available.

This driver works for several cards, TV and capture that use the chip Bt878. You can confirm that its use this chip checking what is written on the card's largest integrated circuit.

Good luck.

7300GT video card heats up? Cooler her!

By admin | In 4/01/2008 | Filed under Hardware, Maintenance

We recently acquired a Nvidia 7300 GT. It is a video card of good quality, much better than the plates of the series Nvidia 6xxx and 7xxx LE or GS. The basic difference between them, apart from the processor working frequency and quantity of memories, is to use the Turbo Cache. Despite being a good business name and attractive, if your card has Turbo Cache, it is worse!

Turbo Cache is the ability to use the card's memory to complement the computer's video memory, among other things. For more RAM to your computer has, this option will be terrible for the overall performance of the plate! Why? Because the "problem" to share memory is not the quantity but the speed of access! In the case of the plaque with CT, the speed will be very limited and several games will not run very well. In other words, access to the video card memory is faster than access the main RAM.

For example: the card Geforce 6200 LE runs GTA San Andreas WITHOUT antialiasing, that is, with quality almost minimal. The 6200 LE does not run Crysis, no way!

Have a Geforce 7300 GT, which has 512 MB of RAM on the card and do not use the memory of your computer, run GTA San Andreas no more than the resolution of 1024 x 768. This same plate, runs Crysis at least! But at least wheel, and gives you play.

Are you curious? Crysis is one of the heaviest in the game today (January 2008). Lower the Crysis demo and try to play a game. It is good and Vicia!

Returning to the subject ...

The Nvidia 7300GT is a good sign, except for a query: it heats up too! Or does not go by the hand, even with the office open!

To solve this problem of heating, simply adapt a cooler or two on the waster heat that is already on the plate! Will be fine and warm you will better protect your investment.

In general, if you scratch the disspador that comes into your card, it will void the warranty. As soon tie the two coolers with disposable ties, which do not cause any damage to the waster. If you ever have a problem, just take the lead and coolers at the store.

Look at the photos below as is the 7300 GT with the coolers installed.
